- A deposit is required to begin sourcingThis helps cover the search and is applied toward your final purchase
- Once our partner acquires your pair, we'll send photos and/or video of the exact item you'll receive
- If you approve, you'll complete payment and we'll ship your sneakers within the agreed‑upon, season‑specific delivery windowNote: Unforeseen delays may affect shipping times
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of deliveryItems must be unworn aside from checking fitOnce returned and inspected, a full refund will be issue
