Shipping policy

On-Hand Items Items marked as in-stock ship within 2–6 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a UPS tracking number to follow your order to your door.

Sourced Items Many of our builds are sourced to order. For sourced items, please allow 10–15 business days for us to locate, secure, and receive your pair before it ships. Occasionally international customs may cause minor delays — we'll always keep you updated when that happens.

Our Process Once your sourced pair arrives at our shop, we perform a final in-person QC inspection. If everything checks out, we photograph the sneakers and send you pics before shipping. Your order then goes out via UPS with full tracking provided.
