Every pair we ship is made to order. This page explains exactly what happens between the moment you place your order and the moment it lands at your door — so you always know where your build stands.
What "Made to Order" Means at SRR
We don't keep pairs on a shelf. When you place an order, Mr. J works directly with our sourcer to locate, secure, and visually approve your exact build. Once the pair arrives at the SRR Lab, it goes through a hands-on quality inspection before we ever touch a shipping label. Every pair is treated like it's going straight into Mr. J's own rotation.
The Production Pipeline

Production Time vs. Carrier Transit
These are two separate clocks — and it is important to understand the difference.
- Production time is the window from your order through sourcing, Lab transit, and QC. This is the part we control, and our median turnaround is approximately 12 days from order to shipment.
- Carrier transit begins once your tracking number is issued. Domestic delivery typically adds 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier routing.
In total, plan for 10–15 business days from order placement to arrival under normal conditions. We quote conservatively so that a smooth order feels like a win, not a surprise.
Occasional Delays: International customs or unexpected sourcing situations may add time. If that happens, we will reach out and keep you updated every step of the way. We never go silent.
Expedited Orders
Need it faster? Expedited sourcing and shipping is available at an additional cost. All of our orders are already expressed shipped from our vendors, but we can also do 2 or 3 day shipping once it arrives at the SRR shop if needed.
How to Track Your Order
Once your pair leaves the SRR Lab, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your build status anytime by reaching out to us by text! We love to send pics from our shoe guy Mr. Lee when he sources your items!

Availability & Sourcing Transparency
Some fantasy collab colorways are produced in limited quantities and may not always be available. If we cannot source your selected build, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or issue a full refund — no runaround.
