Story / Inspiration

Tinker Hatfield designed the Air Jordan 4 in 1989 as a more technical evolution of the AJ3 — adding the lace lock wings, mesh netting side panels, and visible Air unit that would define the silhouette for decades. The "Spotlight" colorway carries that design DNA forward with a darker, more sophisticated expression: black on black on black, with silver hardware doing exactly what the name says.

Originally released as a women's exclusive under colorway code Black/Metallic Silver/Metallic Silver/Black (HV0823-002), the Spotlight was never widely available to the general market. This SRR Tribute build honors the exact design — the faux alligator panels, the silver TPU details, the blacked-out upper — and makes it accessible for anyone who knows what this colorway is worth.
